Bathroom Makeover. One Room Challenge Spring 2021-Week 5

Hello Stellar friends!

I have to admit I am having a hard time with this bathroom. As you all know, I had an initial idea of using half-round molding to make this wall design inspired by the FLW stained glass. However, it proved to be more difficult than I had anticipated because the angle is so different in each wall due to changing measurements. So, I gave up on the cutting after trying several times and not being able to get a straight and smooth cut. My husband, however, had this brilliant idea of using paint markers to draw the design instead. I have never used these and was a little skeptical as to how it would look but I was desperate to find a solution.

I have to say, the result is not what I expected, it’s way better. It honestly looks like personalized wallpaper. Also, the gold lines look so refined that I am thinking of painting the molding with the same metallic gold I was actually able to cut so it looks as refined as the lines what do you think?

As week 6 comes in I have so much work to do, but I am confident that after figuring out this wall situation it will go smoothly and fast from here on out. I will focus on finishing the walls this week and next week the tile. Make sure to comment below on your thoughts and tips on what is left, I am all ears as always.
